Return Policy

Items will be accepted if returned within 30 days of purchase with tags still attached, unless noted otherwise below. No refunds on shipping & handling charges, except in the cases of defective items or our error filling your order.

General Return & Exchanges on All Items
(Except Those Listed Separately Below)

1.) Email or call  requesting an RMA number. Email: inbox@summitfashions.com Phone: 248-475-5735
2.) Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. It is recommended that you include a copy of the invoice inside the package.
3.) Please indicate whether you want an exchange or refund. If exchanging, please indicate the item and size you want in exchange.
4.) We recommend that you obtain delivery confirmation or tracking info on the return package. We are not be responsible for items lost during transit.
5.) Please mail the return package to the following address:

Refunds are issued with 5 days of our receiving the item, to the same method that was used for the original payment.

Stockings, Wigs, Panties & Thongs:

No returns are accepted.

Halloween Costumes:

All Halloween costume returns must request RMA and be given to the shipping carrier (UPS, Post Office, FedEx, etc) back within 3 Days of receipt.
 If the problem was due to our mistake or a defect, we will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
No returns will be granted after Halloween Day. 
There will be a 10% restocking fee for costumes, except in the case of defective merchandise or our mistake.
Otherwise follow the general return instructions above.

Shoes & Boots:

If the return is not due to a defect or faulty shipment, there is a 10% restocking fee.
Call or email us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number as described above.
All returns must be new/unused condition, and all original packaging must be included, in suitable condition for resale.
Please do not stick tape or labels directly onto the shoe-box when returning.
Refunds are issued within 7 days of our receiving the shoes/boots, minus the original shipping charge and restocking fee.

If the problem was due to our mistake or a defect, we will provide a pre-paid UPS shipping label.
As soon the item is received, we will send you the replacement at no additional charge. If you need the replacement item sooner, call us to arrange for advance shipment. With advance shipment we will need you to purchase the second pair of shoes/boots, and we will issue a full refund on the 1st order as soon as the defective ones are received back.

All Apparel items ship from our Michigan office (zip 48360), VIA US Postal Service (USPS).
 - Standard shipping via USPS 1st Class Service.(2 to 7 days - Not Guaranteed)
 - Priority Shipping via USPS is available at checkout. (2 to 3 days - Not Guaranteed)
 - Express Shipping via USPS is available at checkout. *Guaranteed Overnight or 2 day delivery - depending on zip code
 - Domestic UPS 2 Day Air and Next Day Air Service are also available at checkout.

        * Most domestic addresses qualify for Next-Day delivery, but remote locations may take up to 2 days. If you need it Next-Day delivery, call 248 475-5735 to confirm. Ship-To and Bill-To address must match for next day service.

Shipping Cutoff for Theatrical/Halloween Costumes is 11:00AM EDT Monday thru Friday.

All Theatrical/Halloween Costumes ship from our North Carolina location.
Costume orders placed before the cutoff will generally ship out on the same day.
 - Standard shipping is USPS Priority Shipping or UPS Ground, depending on weight.
 - Faster shipping via UPS 3-Day  or UPS 2-Day and Next-Day Air service is available at checkout.

International Destinations:

Allow 3+ weeks for delivery. Use the 'PayPal' link to pay with international credit cards.
